I just can't believe how selfish and devious Kenneth was. He knew that he was infected and till the very end he had his wife fooled. I just don't understand how his wife was so desperate for his fake love that she ignored all the red flags. I'm giving this 4 stars cuz I feel he didn't get enough karma. He could have save Alfreda life but chose not to.
Kenneth caused his fall from grace by being a greedy, power hungry, egotistical person with no sense of salvation. It's sad to say there are pastors that live as though they believe they're God, but what's even sadder is congregations that ignore and condone the behavior. Only after losing everything did Kenneth really believe the Word; he would've made a good pastor after the hard lesson.
This book is so current. Very modern take on the new way that people can harm others through their selfish actions. Great lesson learned.
This was a good book. I hate the first lady had to die though, I thought it would have been Temorious .It was good.
I really enjoyed this book. First I was so disgusted with Kenneth, but God has a way of bringing you back to reality.
This book was sad , but true ! People will always be affected or effected by other choices in or outside the church!!!!
That pastor was something else. Living a double life and it caught up to him in more ways than one. Just goes to show how quickly God can humble you when you think you're better than everyone else
